Meet the trainers

We're Kit & Robs. Both healthy, fit moms who are passionate about inspiring moms to love their bodies!!  

Robs has her Masters in Sports Medicine and is a mom to 23-month-old Mackenzie and 6-week-old Indie.

Kit has her honours in Psychology and is a mom to 23-month-old Sarah and 5 month old Noah.
