Let’s be honest, whilst our bodies are remarkable in growing a human, pregnancy leaves our them flabby and weak postpartum. This 4 week workout program is all about you connecting with your body again. Re-establish core muscles, tone arms & legs and gain respect for your mommy body, all in time for summer..and done from the comfort of your home.

The program is a PDF download and requires access to a swiss ball (big gym ball) and a long stretch band which can be purchased from any sports shop.

*Moms must be + 4months postpartum in order to sign up & not be struggling with diastisis recti
