The Bundle: All 3 Trimester Workout Plans
This package contains all 3-trimester workout plans, with exercise programmes beginning at week 4 and commencing at week 36. The Trimester 1 programme is broken into three 3-week cycles; each week consists of 5 days exercise per week, 3 of which include resistance exercise and the other 2 suggested cardio. The programmes for Trimesters 2 and 3 are broken into four 3-week cycles; each week consists of 4 days exercise, 2 of which include resistance exercises and the other 2 suggested cardio.
Our programmes are PDF downloads that are medically approved and can be printed or looked at on a screen. The programmes do include the use of basic equipment (a swiss ball, light weights & resistance band being the only essentials) and can thus, mostly, be done from home.
